Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what data SOLVIX Ready ("we", "SOLVIX") collects, why we collect it and how we protect it. SOLVIX Ready lets businesses call their customers by QR code instead of pagers. It covers two groups: the businesses that use SOLVIX Ready and their staff ("business users"), and the people who scan a business's QR code to get a number ("customers").
1. Who is responsible for your data
For business user accounts and this website, SOLVIX is responsible for the data.
For customer data collected through SOLVIX Ready (for example a ticket and an optional name), the business that issued the ticket decides why it is collected, and SOLVIX processes it on that business's behalf. Customers can contact the business or us with questions.
2. What we collect
- Business users: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way Argon2 hash, never in readable form), business name, type and branding, branches, queues and staff, and a record of actions taken in the account (audit log).
- Customers: the ticket number and status times, a first name only if the business asks for one, the browser and device type, the chosen language, notification permission and an encrypted push-notification address for that ticket, and a rating or comment only if the customer chooses to leave one. We never ask customers for a phone number, an email address or an account.
- Payments: the plan, amounts, dates and payment method. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store full card numbers. Cash, bank transfer, Whish and OMT payments are recorded by our team.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: issue tickets, show live status and send the "ready" notification.
- To manage accounts, free trials, subscriptions and payments.
- To keep the service secure: sign-in protection, rate limits and abuse prevention.
- To answer support requests and send service emails such as invitations, password resets and billing notices.
- To improve the service using aggregated statistics.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
- Completed tickets are archived after the business's retention period (30, 90 or 365 days; 90 by default), and the customer's name and notes are deleted at that point.
- Customer sessions and push-notification addresses are deleted within about 48 hours after the ticket closes.
- Notification and webhook logs are kept for 30 days, and account audit logs for 365 days.
- Business account data is kept while the account is active. After an account closes we delete it on request, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
7. How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with Argon2, push-notification addresses are encrypted at rest, and staff access is limited by role. Customer tickets and display screens use secret links that are hidden from search engines. No system is perfectly secure: if you notice a problem, tell us at Business@solvixsmart.com.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Customers can stop notifications by closing the ticket page or blocking notifications in the browser settings; notifications stop automatically when the ticket closes. Write to Business@solvixsmart.com and we will reply within 30 days.
9. Children
SOLVIX Ready accounts are for businesses and are not meant for children. Customers of any age can take a ticket; we do not ask them for anything beyond what is described above.
10. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we change the date at the top. For significant changes we also tell business users by email before they take effect.
