Do customers need to install an app?

No. Everything works in the phone browser. Customers simply scan the QR code.

What if a customer’s phone does not support notifications?

The page still updates live and rings while open, the display screen shows the number, and staff see a clear "call manually" prompt.

Do you collect customer data?

Only what's needed: a ticket number, and a first name if the business asks for one. No phone number or email. Names are removed automatically after the business's retention period (90 days by default).

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. Live updates work in Safari. For lock-screen notifications on iPhone, customers add the page to their home screen (iOS 16.4+).

Can I use it for clinics, banks or service centers?

Yes. Queues, prefixes and messages are fully configurable for any business that calls customers by number.

How does billing work?

Choose how often you pay. Pay by card online, or by cash, bank transfer, Whish or OMT through our team, and we extend your plan as soon as the payment is recorded. Card subscriptions renew automatically and can be stopped anytime from your billing page.

Is there a free trial?
